This app offers a free version with some limitations, including a cap on the number of songs, song folders, and setlists that can be created. To unlock all features, users can tap the menu icon and select the Unlock Full or PRO Version option.

Here is a quick overview of the features:

  • Instant sharing through AirDrop or text message
  • Drag and drop reordering
  • Undo/Redo function
  • Customizable colors and set breaks
  • Lyrics with alignment options
  • Ability to save and organize songs and setlists in folders
  • PDF printing for stage use
  • Adjustable text size
  • Show/hide song information such as key and tempo
  • Performance Mode with a large clock and metronome
  • Email backup of entire library for safekeeping

The app also includes an auto-saving feature that saves changes to setlists automatically as they occur. Users can lock a setlist to prevent further modifications. Additionally, any changes made to song information will be reflected retroactively in all saved setlists, regardless of when they were created or last opened.

The main screen of the app provides a simple and intuitive interface for building setlists. Users can perform several actions without leaving this screen or accessing a menu, including drag and drop for reordering songs, swipe to delete a song, adjust text size with a slider, show/hide song information, switch between Day and Night Mode, add set break lines or quick notes, change song colors, clear the setlist with the trash icon (a selected color will only clear songs of that color), and lock/unlock the setlist title at the top of the screen. Undo/Redo functionality is also available.

Performance Mode, accessed by tapping "GO" in the bottom right corner, locks the setlist to prevent accidental alterations. Users can activate the metronome by tapping the Play Button, view lyrics if available, and easily navigate between songs by swiping right or left.

The app includes a song library accessible through the Plus Icon in the top right corner. Within this library, users can update song information, reorder songs through drag and drop, organize songs in folders, search for specific songs, and move songs to folders via long-press actions. It is also possible to sort songs by different criteria and select all or deselect all using the Selection Button.

The setlist library is accessed through the Menu Icon in the top left corner. Users can assign titles, artist names, dates, venue names, and cities to setlists. Alternatively, setlists can be saved with just a title or just metadata, automatically generating a readable filename. The library allows for searching, drag and drop reordering of setlists, organizing setlists in folders using the same methods as in the song library, and sending setlists to the Trashcan for later recovery or permanent deletion.

A tutorial is available in the Settings Menu for assistance with app usage.

Users have various options and settings to customize their experience. These include date style formatting (month/day/year or day/month/year), clock display (12 hour or 24 hour), lyric alignment preferences, and metronome style preferences. In the Full Version of the app, PDF Export options are available to choose paper size (8.5x11" or A4), enable song numbers on printouts, and adjust page alignment.

In PRO Mode, users have the ability to save Composer/Publisher/PRO information for songs. This information can be saved in profiles to simplify the process. Multiple songs can be selected in the Song Library, and users can assign the desired profiles to those songs. The app supports songs with multiple songwriters/publishers/PROs. In PRO Mode, users can export a spreadsheet with composer/publisher/PRO and song duration information for the night's setlist. This feature is useful for venues' royalty reporting purposes.
